Texas DIR Contract and Pricing
Tessellations Incorporated is a provider of high quality Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing consulting and training services, has been awarded a Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract DIR-CPO-4750 for providing custom geospatial data & services and GIS product and related services. Tessellations headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. Clients range from small local governments to large Oil and Gas companies. Projects range in size from small 2-4 week domestic projects to multi-year long term international engagements.
Tessellations Inc. also provides customer support which includes training and on-site support. Tessellations Inc. specializes in ESRI products and all our training is conducted by instructors with 20+ years of ESRI experience. Other services include needs assessment, GIS design and implementation, remote sensing, and customized application development for the desktop and web environment.

Tessellations Inc. has also developed LinkIT™ Desktop and LinkIT™ Server, an ArcMAP and ArcServer extension that finds documents based on your GIS features and attributes. LinkIT™ uses information in feature classes to find and link to documents using spatial intelligence. This extensions will help retrieve documents that are stored in unstructured file shares. Optionally LinkIT™ can find documents that are cataloged in document management systems. Use map interface to find documents that are important to spatial assets.

- For “Customized Geospatial Data Services” and “GIS Products And Related Services”, contact the Texas Natural Resources Information System (TNRIS) at StratMap@twdb.texas.gov. TNRIS is the only entity authorized to provide pricing for these two categories for this contract.
- Generate a purchase order made payable to Tessellations Incorporated.
- Reference Contract Number DIR-CPO-4750 on the purchase order.

Warranty:
LinkIT™ is offered under an annual subscription agreement.
Tessellations Incorporated shall perform contracted services in accordance with the degree of professional skill, quality and care ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing in the same location under comparable circumstances and as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill and the orderly progress of the project. The full extent of Tessellations Incorporated’s responsibility with respect to the services shall be to perform in accordance with the above standards and to remedy any material deficiencies or defects in the deliverables at Tessellations Incorporated’s own expense, provided that Tessellations Incorporated is notified by the client, in writing, of any such deficiency or defect within a reasonable period after discovery thereof, but in no event later than 90 days after Tessellations Incorporated’s completion or termination of the services. Tessellations Incorporated makes no other representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, informational content or otherwise.
Return Policy:
All software orders can be cancelled any time prior to their delivery. In addition, any services that are purchased with the software can be cancelled with a 30 day written notice.
